Congratulations to one of our congregation. We had a surprise
birthday party for him after evening service at the church. Dennis
turned 90 years old on Valentine's Day. We
all sang Happy Birthday to him this evening.
There was a great turnout for Dennis and his wife, Helen. We had a
beautiful birthday cake and all kinds of food and desserts. His
children were there as well. They spoke of his great faith and
example to them and all of us in following the Lord.
I know he has been a great influence to both my DH and I. When my DH
had bypass surgery, Dennis or at times, Helen, called every day to
check on him and see if I needed anything. They are awesome people!!
